KATHUA, Sept 13: Kathua police today recovered a decomposed body of one Sanjay Messiah of Ward No 7 from a ditch in Rawi river. The deceased was wanted in a criminal case which was registered in Police Station Kathua and he was evading arrest.
Today police found his decomposed body from a ditch in river Rawi near here. The police took the body into its custody.
Kathua Police has registered a case under Section 174.
