JAMMU, Feb 11: J&K Police under Civic Action Programme (CAP) organized a debate competition on “Women foeticide-a curse on Indian Society” at Government Higher Secondary School, Ramnagar.
On the occasion, Abhishek Sharma, SDPO Ramnagar was the chief guest and Principal GHSS Ramnagar and SHO Deepak Pathania were guests of honour. BDO Ramnagar Rajesh Gupta graced the occasion as special guest.
During the competition, the speakers presented their valuable views on this alarming issue.
Pratiksha, Sokul Kharkha and Ritvik secured first, second and third positions and were awarded with cash prizes of Rs 4000, Rs 2000 and Rs 1000 respectively. Trophies and certificates were also presented to them.
