JAMMU, Jan 18: The dead body of a man was recovered today from a canal in Bishnah area of city outskirts.
According to a police official, the dead body of a man of age about 35 years was recovered today from a canal at Chak Majra in Bishnah area. He said that the deceased was identified as Yashpal son of Amarnath, resident of Chak Majra.
“The body has been shifted to mortuary room of SDH Bishnah while inquest proceedings have been initiated in this connection at police station Bishnah,” he added.
