JAMMU, Sept 20: The dead body of a middle aged man was today recovered from forest area of Nagrota.
According to a police spokesperson, the dead body of an about 40 years old man identified as Vijay Kumar, son of Sansar Chand and resident of Nagrota was spotted by some locals at forest area of Nagrota near Toll Post, who informed the concerned police.
He said that the police immediately shifted him to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where after conducting the post mortem tomorrow morning the body would be handed over to its legal heirs.
A case in this regard has been registered at concerned police station and further investigation started.
