JAMMU, May 31: The dead body of an unknown man, who appears to be a ‘Sadhu’, was recovered today from a train at Railway Station, Jammu Tawi.
According to a police official, the body of an unknown man of age about 80-90 years was recovered from S-9 coach of Begumpura Express. He said that the dead body was shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification/postmortem.
“In this connection, inquest proceedings under 174 CrPc have been initiated at police station GRP Jammu”, he added.
