JAMMU, July 22: A dead body was found in a drain in Ward No 6 this morning. He has been identified as Raj Kumar, S/O Rattan Chand of Ward 6, Kathua. Kathua police has registered a case under Section 174. After completion of all formalities the dead body was handed over to family members for last rites.
Police said the youth was a drug addict and the death has been caused due to consuming of drugs.
