JAMMU, June 24: A deputation of District Congress Committee (Urban) Jammu today met Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) and discussed various problems being faced by the people residing in different wards.
The deputation raised the problem of over-flowing nallah during raining season in ward number 12, repair of lane in Ward number 10, construction of public convenience in Ward number 40, installation of streets light in Ward number 32, high mast lights for Ward number 29 and repair of damaged roads and drains in ward number 64.
Commissioner gave patient hearing and issued immediate instructions to the concerned to take up immediate steps.
The deputation was led by BB Gupta and comprised of Mian Nazir Ahmed, Dr Ramakant Khajuria, Pt Keshav Nand, JL Koul, Pawan Sharma, Vinay Sharma, Sushil Kumar Sharma and Sanjiv Sharma.
