REASI, July 6: DC Reasi ,Charandeep Singh today released two publications one on “District At glance” and another on “Village amenity Directory” for the year 2019-2020 highlighting the geographical features, demography,livelihood related sectors data, socio economic statistics,availability of basic amenities under different sectors of economy and their location -distance -matrices of district Reasi.
It is pertinent to mention here that such activities are forming part of ongoing ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ in the district aimed at spreading of ideas ensuring development of the district thereby ensuring development of the nation.
During this book release ceremony, ADC Abdul Star,CPO Sunita Kanchan,PO ICDS Renu Kumari, DSEO Darshan Kumar were also present.
On the occassion,DC appreciated the efforts of DSEO , Darshan Kumar and his staff for collection and compilation of data for these two books and said right information will help in better planning according to the needs of the district thereby ensuring the speedy development of the district.
Also guided and inspired the concerned officer and his team for further improvement in these publications in the future.
