KARGIL, Dec 12: Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC, Kargil, Shrikant Suse today chaired a meeting through virtual mode to discuss the operational arrangements for AN-32 Kargil Courier Service for the 2024-25 winter season.
The meeting was attended by SSP Kargil, Director Airport Authority of India Srinagar and Jammu, Sr. Commandant CISF Jammu & Srinagar airport , Er. Aamir Ali Chief Coordinator AN-32 Courier Service, General Manager AIASL, officers from the Indian Air Force and other stakeholders.
Discussions covered the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , facilities for passengers and crew, security protocols,infrastructure maintenance at Kargil airport,deployment of Liasoning officers from district administration and online ticket booking facility to ensure smooth operations of courier service during winters.
It was emphasized that close coordination with all concerned authorities shall be ensured well in advance for the courier service.
All the stakeholders assured their full support and committed continuous cooperation to make the AN-32 Service Operational in this winter also.
