JAMMU, May 18: Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Ajeet Kumar Sahu today conducted an introductive meet with media persons and interacted upon various issues pertaining to healthy media-administration relations.
Interacting with the members of media faculty, Sahu impressed upon them to work with utmost zeal and dedication for creating greater awareness about public issues on priority besides adhering to the media guidelines.
He apprised the media persons about the tireless efforts of the Government in resolving public issues which mainly included problems pertaining to traffic, electricity, drinking water, sanitation, education, social and others.
He sought media cooperation and support in educating and generating awareness among people. He asserted that cordial relations between Government and media would prove quite helpful in dealing with public interest issues in a better way.
