JAMMU, Sept 10: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Smile Social Youth Club through its President Matloob Saleem Qureshi raising an important issue of organ transplant, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice Hasnain Massodi and Justice Tashi Rabstan today directed Principals of Government Medical Colleges of Jammu and Srinagar to submit detailed report on next date of hearing.
After hearing Advocate Navneet Dubey for the PIL whereas Deputy AG Neeru Goswami for the State, the DB said, “as per the earlier order Principals of GMC Jammu and Srinagar were directed to come-up with detailed report but they have not filed the same”.
Accordingly, DB directed them to submit detailed project report on next date of hearing.
