JAMMU, July 16: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Citizen Forum through its President RK Chadha seeking widening of Amphalla-Janipur and Janipur-High Court roads, Division Bench of the State High Court comprising Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur and Justice Sindhu Sharma today directed the respondents to file status report within two weeks.
When the PIL came-up for hearing, AAG Amit Gupta submitted that a committee has been constituted by the Government as per the court direction and that the status report will be filed.
