JAMMU, Aug 3: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Smile Social Youth Club seeking direction for providing modern gadgets such as breath analyzer, Night Vision Speed Guns to Traffic Police, Division Bench of High Court comprising Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal and Justice Rajesh Sekri has issued notice to respondents.
AAG Raman Sharma appearing for the respondents accepted notice on behalf of the respondents and sought time to take instructions whether breath analyzers and Night Vision Speed Guns have been provided to the traffic officers and whether speed governance and traffic cameras have also been installed at appropriate places.
