JAMMU, Oct 29: A report on increasing child labour in Jammu and Kashmir by Advocate Deepika Singh Rajawat, which was sent to Chief Justice, has been treated as Public Interest Litigation.
In the PIL, Division Bench of High Court comprising Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur and Justice Bansi Lal Bhat today issued notice to the State for filing objections on or before December 1, 2014.
