JAMMU, May 11: In a PIL filed by Bar Association Jammu regarding Primary Health Center, parking, separate road for court complex and fly over from Janipur to Amphalla, Division Bench of High Court comprising Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur and Justice BS Walia has granted time for compliance of direction.
After hearing Advocate Abhinav Sharma, President Bar Association Jammu, the DB observed, “vide order dated March 14, 2016, the assurance of the State was recorded that the balance amount of Rs 2.25 crore would be released in the financial year 2016-2017 for black-topping of the new parking area of District Court complex”.
On this, Senior AAG Seema Shekhar sought time and court granted one week’s time to have instruction in this regard.
