JAMMU, June 7: In the much publicized Niki Tawi violence case, Division Bench of State High Court comprising of Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur and Justice Sanjay Kumar Gupta has issued directions for submission of enquiry report within six weeks.
The time was granted after the 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge Jammu, who was appointed as Enquiry Commission, made request was extension of time to complete the enquiry.
