JAMMU, May 27: All J&K Dalit Chetna Manch organised a religious function at Guru Ravi Dass Tample, Bahu Fort here in connection with the `Parinirvan Divas’ of Mata Ramabhai today.
Rich tributes were paid to Mata Ramabhai and Dr B R Ambedkar by the devotees and other members of the Chetna Manch assembled there. Sham Lal Basson, president of the Manch spoke on the life of Mama Ramabhai who sacrificed her all comforts to see Baba Sahib Bhim Rao a world renowned personality.
Prominent among others present on the occasion included N D Bhagat, Kesar Singh, L R Kaith, Sat Paul, Ram Lal Dogra, Ajit Gill, Dr Kuldip Raj and Banarsi Lal.
