DADAA releases CD of Dogri songs

JAMMU, Feb 16: Doordarshan Approved Drama Artists Association (DADAA) in its one day conference held here today at KL Saigal Hall, released a Compact Disc (CD) of Dogri songs to strengthen its demand of Satellite Duggar Channel.
President, Dogra Sadar Sabha Jammu, Gulchain Singh Charak, who was the chief guest released the CD of Dogri Songs, which were written by DADAA Pariwar and Yash Pal Yash. The songs were sung by Uttam Singh Uttam and Surinder Manhas who also composed the music.
In the conference all producers, directors and technical members related to doordarshan were also invited and DADAA sought cooperation for the demand of Satellite Duggar Channel.
All in one voice assured their full support and cooperation for the common cause of Jammu in establishing Duggar Channel for the upliftment of cultural heritage of Jammu province and the promotion of all languages spoken in Jammu region.
While speaking on the occasion, Charak assured DADAA his full support till the goal is achieved. He also praised and appreciated the step taken by DADAA for this noble cause.
All the executive members of DADAA threw light on the movement launched by the Association.
