JAMMU, Mar 10:  Doordarshan Approved Drama Artists Association (DADAA) theatre wing performed a Nukad Natak at Dogra Sadar Sabha Dogra Hall Jammu premises which was written and directed by Madan Rangila, here today.
This was in connection with the campaign for launching of Satellite Duggar Channel at Jammu to promote all languages spoken in Duggar Pardesh i.e. Jammu province such as Dogri, Goujri, Pahari, Poonchi, Muzaffrabadi, Mirpuri, Bhaderwahi, Kishtwari, Punjabi, and Kashmiri and also to promote the cultural heritage of Jammu province and counter the false propaganda of Pakistan against our State as well as our country. The Nukad Natak was purely based on Duggar folk “Jadian”.
The large numbers of Dogra Sadar Sabha executive committee members, artists and other peoples witnessed the natak and praised the performance and also appreciated the steps taken by DADAA for establishment of Duggar Channel.
Madan Rangila, Surinder Goel, Mastana, Uttam Singh, Rattan Doshi, Archna Sharma, Neelam Gandotra, Rajinder Narang and Harbans Sharma were the artists who performed in today’s Nukad Natak.
The executive body of DADAA comprised of J S Babli president, Sandeshvir Dogra general secretary, Surinder Goel, secretary, Janak Khajuria cashier, Rattan Doshi joint secretary, Subash Jamwal organizing secretary, Harbans Sharma and RVijay Magotra, publicity Secretary were also present.
