JAMMU, Feb 19: Cyber Police Jammu produced challan against seven accused persons involved in commission of frauds using online platform like Quikr and looting hard earned money of innocent and gullible people in case FIR no. 39/2021 under Section 66-D of IT Act r/w 420, 120-B IPC, registered at Cyber Police Station
The challan was produced by Inspector Vikram Sharma under the supervision of DySP Priyanka Kumari and overall supervision of SP Naresh Singh Incharge Cyber police station Gandhi Nagar Jammu. The challan was produced in Electricity Court and the next date of hearing is fixed for March 11.
