JAMMU, Jan 9: Customer Service Day was celebrated by Indian Oil at one of the highest selling petrol pumps of Jammu.
On the occasion, a lot of gifts were distributed to the customers and customer attendants.
The event was organized at Indian Oil Petrol Pump M/s Aar Pee Auto Aids Satwari Jammu in the presence of Rajiv Yadav DGM (RS), Rakesh Roshan Senior Manager (RS), Brijesh Singh Senior Manager (RS) and Pratiush Baboria, Assistant Manager (RS).
During the programme, Rajiv Yadav DGM (RS) briefed upon the various initiatives which are being taken by Indian Oil for improving the customer service.
Amar Singh Joint Controller and Manoj Prabhakar Deputy Controller Legal Meteorology, Jammu were the chief guests.
A cake cutting was also done by the dignitaries in the presence of the chief guests.
The program was concluded by Rahul Gupta, Dealer of M/s Aar Pee Auto Aids describing the initiatives taken by them to improve the customer service at his petrol pump which other dealers should also follow.
