BANGALORE, Dec 10: Announcing the opening of its first delivery centre in China, technology consulting and support company CSS Corp today said it plans to hire over 150 employees during its first year of operations.
The centre is located at the Ascendas IT Park at Hi-tech Industrial Zone in Dalian, the company said in a release.
Stating that the 7000 sq ft centre will be adopted as the first part of a multi-phase plan to expand in China, it said it will provide multi-lingual consumer and enterprise technical support in Mandarin, Japanese and Korean languages.
CSS Corp China will provide enterprise tech support solutions to existing clients as well as tap neighbouring markets like Korea and Japan. It will also act as a key site for CSS Corp’s BCP/DRP (Business Continuity Planning/Disaster Recovery Planning), it added.
“Dalian being the IT hub of China- will help CSS Corp to tap a complete diverse resource mix. The Dalian centre will cater to our customers who are increasingly looking at a combination of multi-lingual support and delivery for their niche markets,” CSS Corp CEO TG Ramesh said. (AGENCIES)
