Srinagar, Aug13: A CRPF Sub Inspector was injured after militants hurled a grenade towards CRPF bunker near Ali Masjid Eidgah area of Srinagar today.

Police said that militants lobbed a grenade on CRPF bunker and the grenade exploded injuring a CRPF SI Parvez Rana of 161 battalion.
He was shifted to SMHS hospital for further treatment and is completely stable, the officer added.
The area was cordoned off to nab the fleeing militants.
