CRPF organizes medical camp

JAMMU, Feb 13: 84 Battalion of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) under Civic Action Programme organized medical camp-cum-awareness programme on Badwarwa road.
In the programme, villagers from Bhoomwari, Chakuva, Dharmund, Rakjirog, Thar, Dhalwas, Sana and Landari were examined by Dr Mangat Ram Panhotra, GDMO 84 Bn CRPF and Dr Iftikhar, medical officer, SKME Hospital, Batote.
During the camp, four hundred people got free medicines.
Shrinath Suman, tehsildar Batote and Sarifulla, naib tehsildar Batote, Iqbal Choudhary, SHO Batote police station and officers of 84 Bn CRPF were also present.
Commandant of the unit assured the villagers that if any extensive hospitalization in GMC Jammu is required, the Unit will provide all possible assistance to them.
The Unit also listed out health problems which need attention in subsequent CAP programmes.
