UDHAMPUR, Jan 12: A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at his residence in Majalta area.
As per reports, CRPF jawan Nek Ram, son of Tara Chand of Majalta allegedly consumed some poisonous substance at his residence.
Noticing him unconscious, family members shifted him to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu, where he failed to respond to the treatment and died.
A case has been registered to ascertain the reason behind such extreme step.
