JAMMU, Sept 7: Indian Army once again displayed its prowess in a noble cause by organizing a blood donation camp under Crossed Swords Division, Akhnoor.
The gesture also marked the Raising Day of an Artillery unit, which took part in the Battle of Charwa in 1965 in Sialkot Sector.
The camp was organised with the aid of six doctors and technical Staff from Government Medical College Jammu, who came in a fully automated Blood Harnessing Vehicle.
A total of 92 soldiers donated their blood during the event. This noble gesture further established Army’s contribution towards well being of the nation.
