Cross border terrorism

Sir,
It is unfortunate state of affairs that terrorism has been thrusted upon us from the neighbouring country. We are bleeding continuously since more than two decades despite the fact that our security forces courageously face the menace of terrorism. The role of our security guards is commendable while meeting the challenge. Killing of security men at the borders has become a day today affair for the last several months and there seems no check or control across the borders. The recent 12 killings at Hira Nagar and Samba of both army personnels and civilians is a tale of pain and sufferings that cannot be forgotten in the times to follow. The tentacles of terrorism have spread largely in the other parts of the country as well. The innocents lose their precious lives every now and then. We are not only losing our precious lives but terrorism has created socio-economic problems for the country. Our economy has derailed and rupee has devalued against the dollar. The prices have escalated and our common man is suffering. No religion teaches terrorism and it has no place in the civilised world. Neither terrorism is a solution to any problem nor to any issue. Gun has never solved the problem but has compounded it as we turn over the pages of history. Negotiations are the best solutions that can sustain peace for long times to come. Let us hope that good sense prevails upon our neighbour and reacts positively. All Pak sponsored terrorism and their camps are closed for the welfare and prosperity of the two countries and in the best interests of both the countries as well.
Yours etc……
