JAMMU, May 4: On the recommendation of Councillor and Chairman House Committee, JMC Rajinder Sharma, daily vaccination quota has been increased from 200 doses to 250 doses per day at vaccination center Sharma Janj Ghar, New Plots, Jammu.
He said this will enable youths to have easy access to appointment slots as people were finding difficulties in getting appointments for vaccination. He said each passing day is crucial in this panademic. Every body has to be vaccinated as early as possible. Each life is precious to us”.
He appealed every body to come with oppointment date and time to save time. Website for this is www.cowin.gov.in. He also inaugurated COVID Rapid Testing Center also. He said now every body will be tested for COVID symptoms before vaccination. Today, 240 youths we’re vaccinated and 93 covid tests were conducted. 92 persons had negative results and one was positive, he said.
