JAMMU, Dec 23: In the much publicised kidnapping case of Dr Rubiya Syed and killing of Air Force personnel, Presiding Officer TADA Court Subash C Gupta today adjourned the case as Showkat Bakshi was not produced.
The court also issued fresh warrants of Showkat Bakshi and directed for his production by video conference.
