JAMMU, Jan 22: Special Judge NDPS Court Jammu Sunil Sangra today rejected the bail application of one Mohd Maqbul, who was arrested by the NCB in narco trade case.
After hearing both the sides, court observed, “in the face of overwhelming inculpatory allegations and documentary evidence available in the complaint it is not possible to give the finding envisaged under Section 37 of the Act for the grant of bail that there are reasonable grounds for believing that the petitioner-accused Mohd Maqbul is not guilty of the offences alleged
