JAMMU, Feb 4: Sub Registrar Jammu Khem Raj Sharma has rejected the bail application of one Pritam Chand who is involved in a fraud case for alleged sale of land of other by fraudulently means.
Sub Registrar Jammu Khem Raj Sharma after hearing PO Yogesh Nagpal appearing for the State observed that the accused is involved in very heinous crime and it cannot be ruled out that custodial investigation of the accused person is very much required for its logical conclusion. With these observations Court rejected the bail application.
