JAMMU, June 11: Special Excise Mobile Magistrate Jammu Amarjeet Singh Langeh today rejected the bail application of one Vishal Charak, son of Gotam Singh Charak of Bari-Brahmana, who was arrested by the Sarwal Police in attempt to rape case.
After hearing Senior PO Rajeshwar Basotra appearing for the State, Special Excise Mobile Magistrate observed, “the offences of abduction and rape with woman are grave and heinous in nature as such need no reiteration”.
With these observations, Court rejected the bail application of the accused.
