KISHTWAR, June 10: Corruption free ‘Atam Nirbhar Bharat’ is new slogan of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
This was stated by Abhijeet Jasrotia J&K BJP spokesperson while interacting with media persons here today. He was flanked by Pardeep Parihar District President BJP Kishtwar.
While highlighting the achievements of the Modi Government, Jasrotia said that Central Government started Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojna which was the first step towards corruption free India.
Historical steps like One Nation One Tax, One Nation One Ration Card, Affordable Rental Housing Scheme, One Rank One Pension, appointment of Chief of Defence Staff, MGNREGA, Ayushman Bharat, Gareeb Kalyan Yojna, Vendor Scheme, MSME package, Eklavya Yojna for tribals, special package for farmers, One Nation One Market, etc were taken for the benefit of the masses, Jasrotia informed.
Modi Government abolished Triple Talaq for the benefit of the women folk, he said, adding that by abolishing Article 370, sanctioning IIT, IIM and two AIIMS, construction of circular roads, sanctioning of two metro rail projects, construction of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee tunnel and Atal Setu, sanctioning of Indian Institute of Mass Communication, sanctioning of Medical Colleges at district levels and plenty of jobs for the youth will immensely benefit the masses of Jammu and Kashmir.
Kishtwar which was a neglected constituency since Independence has seen era of development in Modi Government’s tenure, Jasrotia informed.
Shashi Badyal, Rajinder Prasad, Seema Devi, Akshay Sharma and Capt Hukam Chand were also present during the press conference.
