JAMMU, Dec 26: Corporator Ward No 52, Ajay Gupta along with senior Advocate Ajay Gandotra, President J&K Dharmarth Trust inaugurated trade fair in Trikuta Nagar area of Jammu city today.
Corporator along with President J&K Dharmarth Trust, visited various stalls at the exhibition and interacted with traders participating in the fair.
The products on display in the exhibition include a variety of crafts and unique utility products for daily use. Notably, the fair showcased a wide range of pottery, soft toys, games, swings, Jullahs, and a number of stalls for children. Reportedly permission has given by the district administration.
Addressing the gathering, Corporator complemented the organizing for organizing this trade fair. He said such fair was a good opportunity for children who spend maximum of their time on electronic gadgets. He asked youth to must pay a visit to such fair and go through the exhibits.
Speaking on the occasion, Gandotra said that this trade fair is an opportunity for traders from many States to come together and showcase their crafts at a common platform. He said that such fairs are the best example of a symbiotic relationship as these prove to be beneficial for the consumers as well as the sellers. He said that the efforts of these young artists through exhibitions help articulate the society towards right perspective.
Gandotra said that the present era demands that trade fairs should be made a regular feature for providing platform to the entrepreneurs to sell their products and share their expertise as well with the other entrepreneurs. He cautioned the organizers to take preventive and other safety measures.
