Srinagar, Apr 18: Security forces tonight cordoned off Ladiyar Dadsara in Tral area of South Kashmir after militants fired several gun shots in air.
A police official said that army, Police and CRPF cordoned off village Ladiyar in Dadsar area of Tral after they heard gun fire from the area.
The official said that the militants mistook some animals for the security forces and fired several rounds near Ladiyar village. The security forces immediately cordoned off the area but no militants were found. However, the security forces have seen foot prints of fleeing militants in the fields.
