Conundrum of corruption

Sir,
This is reference to the article ” Conundrum of corruption in J&K” by Dr. D R Kapoor. It would be highly unfair if it goes without appreciation because the writer in the article has exposed all forms of corruption prevailing in the state. From top to bottom the writer has exposed all forms of nexus to promote corruption. The writer has not left any room to add on but still I would like to add a little. The nexus to withdraw excess/fake bills from state exchequers, nexus to get audit report passed smoothly by bypassing glaring findings has slipped. I also agree with the writer that transfers on the name of punishment are mere eye wash. Moreover ordering of enquiry against tainted employee does not serve purpose until and unless enquiry committee is made accountable because past record shows that many enquiries are initiated due to public resentment against tainted employees but nobody knows the fate of these enquires and tainted employees go on looting spree.
I would also like to add that 80 percent corruption is controllable but it is highly unfortunate that people at the helm of affairs do  not want to eradicate this deadly virus. The administration should be made accountable for the welfare of people but unfortunately it is made so much cumbersome which has led to the spread of corruption
Yours etc…
