JAMMU, Sept 1: In a grand celebration of India’s industrial resurgence, the Bharat Global Industries Forum (BGIF) hosted a mega event at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
Rooted in the ethos of Swadeshi Jagran Manch and dedicated to shaping India’s industrial future, the Forum brought together leading industrialists, policymakers, innovators and change-makers in a showcase of nation’s march toward self-reliance and global prominence.
The event witnessed the presence of eminent dignitaries including Dr. Vikramjit Singh Sawhney, MP, Rajya Sabha; A.S Mittal, Vice Chairman, Sonalika Tractors; Madhusudan, Vice-President, Haldiram; Bhupendra Yadav, Union Cabinet Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change; R. Sundaram, National Convener, SJM and Satish Kumar, Akhil Bhartiya co-Convener, SJM.
Amidst this distinguished gathering, Ritu Singh, scion of Royal Dogra dynasty of J&K, was felicitated for her extraordinary contributions to nation-building. The honour recognized her unwavering commitment to empowering women, promoting indigenous entrepreneurship and preserving India’s rich cultural heritage through sustainable economic initiatives.
The Forum also featured strong representation from J&K through Anita Sharma, Convener and Deepali Handa, co-Convener of the J&K Province, highlighting the region’s active role in advancing Swadeshi Industrial Movement.
