JAMMU, May 14: State High Court has issued direction for continuing restrictions imposed on opening of fair price shops.
The direction was issued in a petition filed by one Talib Hussain of Kotranka, who submitted that the Cabinet vide decision No.127/11/2014 decided to open departmental sale outlets in Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Sector in place of existing fair price shops.
