Constable Sanjay Singh No. 935/Rajouri posted at P/S Kalakote went into the house of SPO Chaman Lal at his accommodation at Thermal Colony and killed his wife namely Urmila Kumari age 27 yrs and her sister Neesha Kumari D/o Punjab Singh R/o Namble Broh, Kalakote with his service weapon and thereafter killed himself
