Reference ‘Conspiracy behind ill treatment with Dogri’ DE May 4, 2017. If at all it has been done under the instructions of higher authorities, the said circular issued by CEO Kathua only is itself a fishy matter, hence deserve condemnation from one and all. And even if it is being adopted in the same way by all districts of J&K, it is not only a step motherly treatment to all the recognized mother languages, but to contradict State Government’s own decision of 2006, regarding introduction of six such languages including Dogri in the areas where it is spoken as mother tongue. Therefore, it is not a matter of insult only but injustice too towards the mother languages in a democratic set up like ours, and we should not only protest but come forward unitedly, to fight for our right and the genuine cause of our mother tongue till it is finally achieved.
