JAMMU, Nov 2: The bi-annual congregation of Rohmetra Mahajan Biradari will be held on November 6 (Sunday) instead of November 8, at Devsthan Nanak Nagar, Shivaji Chowk Sector-14, near Power Grid Station. President of the Rohmetra Biradari, Parbhakar Rohmentra, said the congregation has been preponed on account of Chander Grahan on November 8. He requested all the Biradari members to attend the congregation and seek blessings of Kuldevta Baba Pragan Nath Ji.
Jandial Biradari is going to hold its bi-annual congregation on 6th November at Devsthan of Baba Sehejnath Ji, Gole Pulli, Jammu. According to the president of the Sabha, Raman Gupta, even though the Kartik Purnima this year falls on 8th November but unfortunately there is moon eclipse and the ‘Sutak’ starts from 7 AM, the Devasthan cannot be opened for Puja. As such it was decided to hold the ‘mail’ on 6th November. General secretary Rakesh Jandial, said the Hawan will start at 7.30 AM and ‘Dhwaj-Arohan’ will take place at 9.30 AM. After ‘Pattal Puja’, the langer will commence at 10 AM.
The annual congregation of Mengi Biradari will be held on November 6 at Mahadev Temple, Reasi. Pooja will start at 11 AM followed by Bhandara. All the Biradari members have been requested to participate in the congregation to seek blessings of the Kuldevta.
All India Mahajan Jandyal (Sansah) Biradari is going to hold its annual congregation on November 6 at Baba Sehaj Nath Ji Devsthan, Sohal Tanda (Akhnoor). The programme will commence with Hawan at 8 AM followed by Bhandara at 11 AM.
The annual congregation of Pachiyala, Gunkroo and Kailoo Biradaries will be organized on November 7 at Devsthan, Rakh Jagano in Udhampur. As per tradition, Pooja, Havaan and Bhandara will be arranged on 7th November.
Chunne Mahotre Mahajan Biradari will hold its annual congregation on November 6 at Devsthan of Daati Maa Sheelawanti, Shah-Balore in Samba.
The annual congregation of Patyar Biradari will be held on November 6 at Datti Devsthan, Birpur. Hawan will start at 10 AM and Bhandara will be served to the devotees from 1 PM onwards.
Puri Biradari is going to hold its congregation on November 7 at Suletar, Sula in Reasi district.
