JAMMU, June 8: The bi-annual congregation of Khajuria Biradari was held today at Shri Baba Ambo Devsthan, Bagh-e-Bahu (Jammu) with religious ambiance.
About 30,000 devotees from J&K, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal and other parts of the country participated in the congregation and sought the blessings of Kuldevta Baba Ambo.
The function started with Hawan and ended at 10 AM. The Preeti Bhoj was also served to the devotees. A medical camp was also organized and free medicines were distributed to needy persons.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were Transport Minister Satish Sharma, Member of Parliament Jugal Kishore Sharma, J&K BJP president Sat Sharma, NMC president Subash Shastri, president of Shri Baba Ambo Memorial Committee Ajit Khajuria, vice presidents Sudershan Khajuria & Yash Paul Khajuria, general secretary Anil Khajuria, Vimal Khajuria, Ajay Khajuria, Vinod Khajuria, Mohinder Khajuria, Kuldeep Khajuria, Sourab Khajuria and Radhey Sham Khajuria.
