JAMMU, Oct 11: Annual congregation of Ratra Birdari (Verma Khatri) will be held at Kul Devi Mandir, Bhadwan Talab in Samba on October 13.
In a handout the organizers including Bhagwan Dass Verma and Prof Chaman Lal Ratra have stated that Puja, Hawan and other rituals will be performed till 12:00 noon which will be followed by a Bhandara.
The organizers have invited all the community members to participate in the event and seek blessings of the deity Kul Dati Shela Devi Ji.
