NEW DELHI, Dec 28:
The Congress today reiterated its support to any party on the conditions of forming a secular Government in Jammu and Kashmir.
Talking to media here, AICC general secretary Ambika Soni said the Congress was ready to support any party which was willing to form a secular Government in Jammu and Kashmir.
“We do not have the mandate to form a Government. However, after the results were announced, leaders of state Congress Ghulam Nabi Azad and Prof Saif-ud-Din Soz, both individually and publicly, offered support of the party’s 12 MLAs to any party who will make efforts to make a secular Government in the State,” Ms Soni said.(UNI)
