JAMMU, Aug 20: Abhijeet Jasrotia spokesperson, BJP has accused National Conference (NC) and Congress of misleading public opinion and unnecessarily creating a fuss on the recent statement of MP Chief Minister, Shiv Raj Singh Chauhan on reservation of jobs.
While responding to tweet of Omar Abdullah here today he said, it was quite bizarre to read tweet of Ex Chief Minister J&K on Shiv Raj Chauhan CM of MP. “Abdullah needs to understand that MP too holds domicile law and the statement of Shivraj Chauhan was for domiciles of MP. Basically the dictionary meaning of local is an inhabitant of a particular area, it is area specific & not birth specific other thing which one really need to enlighten himself is that in MP any Indian can get domicile of MP by just staying there for five years. An unnecessary fuss is being created by Omar Abdullah and his ex alliance partner Congress party about the statement of MP CM’’, the statement added.
It is never expected from a senior politician like Omar Abdullah to spread rumors and misinform the innocent youth of J&K and Ladakh UTs. Jasrotia while expressing his dismay over the tweet of Omar Abdullah said “You are criticizing BJP by saying if MP can have it why not J&K’’? “J&K already has a legislation about 100 percent Government jobs for locals and both Omar Abdullah and his Congress cohorts know it fully. Then why to create the fuss?, Is it to mislead the youth and provoke them ,the type of politics they are specialize in?,. Moreover the best lesson to be learnt for Omar is that these are jobs with transparency. Abolishing interviews in maximum posts shows our commitment to give jobs on merit basis the practice of nepotism in jobs as practiced when your party was in power is a history now & we strongly believe in talent. So be assured Omar Sahib you need not bother about those people who kept on waiting for decades to get jobs without nepotism’’.
Jasrotia further said “above all more then 50th jobs which have already started pouring in will be a dream for your goodself & your Congress ally, but it is a reality in BJP rule what more you need to be enlightened is that these jobs are given by BJP Government at a time when whole world is facing the brunt of unemployment due to COVID but BJP delivered what was promised to people of J&K and the package of one lakh crore for JK is good enough for you too understand that new JK free from dynastical rules, corruption, nepotism is on the cards,’’ added Jasrotia.
