JAMMU, Oct 6: Ex-MLC and chief spokesperson of Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) Ravinder Sharma has expressed deep shock over the martyrdom of a JCO Sukhdev Singh in Nowshera sector in Pakistan shelling and strongly condemned Pakistan for continued mischief and misadventures on the borders.
Sharma also expressed deep concern over martyrdom of two CRPF jawans and serious injuries to three others in the dastardly terrorists attack in Pampore in Kashmir yesterday.
He said that the Government should give a befitting response to the Pakistan’s mischief to silence its guns as lot of our jawans and officers have got martyrdom in the recent years due to the large scale increase in the Pakistan shelling.
Sharma, while conveying deep sympathies to the family of the martyrs, said that such cowardly attacks would not deter the determination of our patriotic forces to eliminate the terrorism from the soil of India. “Although the army and security forces including J&K police have been bravely fighting the terrorism but the policies of the Centre Government have led to further deterioration in the situation,” he added.
