JAMMU, Oct 7: A meeting of Durga Nagar Welfare Committee was held under the chairmanship of Roshan Lal Raina president of the Committee demanded that authorities should visit the area to assess the problems of the people as the developmental activities have been stopped in Durga Nagar for last two years.
The meeting said that the estimates were not submitted to the concerned authorities by subordinate engineers and the work is stand still since then. There is total insanitation in the area as drains are chocked with garbage while the condition of lanes is also worst.
