Sir,
The recent floods have damaged more than 10,000 acres of Basmati producing land. The floods have washed away land demarcation which has created confusion among farmers.
These farmers are a worried lot, and do not know how to tackle this problem. Before this matter could be resolved to their satisfaction, it is requested that they be compensated so that they manage their homes.
The Government must engage some revenue officials in the work so that grievances of farmers could be resolved at the earliest.
