JAMMU, Apr 9: Shree Vishwakarma Library and Research Centre (SVLARC) here today released its annual Community Magazine ‘Vishwakarma Reporter’.
The magazine was released by Ramesh Angotra, convener of the Library and Mangal Dass Verma, chairman in the presence of veterans Girdhari Lal Kataria, Shiv Dyal and Subhash Chander.
Speaking on the occasion, Ramesh Angotra informed that the magazine is playing a big role in eradication of social evils, inspiring the youth towards education and bringing awareness among masses in all parts of J&K.
Balwant Kataria, who is main editor of the Magazine, explained in detail that the Cover Page bears the picture of Rani Didda, Queen of Kashmir from 980 to 1003AD. Another content included was the demise of renowned sculptor Ram V Sutar, the architect of world’s tallest statue of Sardar Ballabhbai Patel ‘Statue of Unity’.
Tarsem Lal Verma also spoke on the occasion.
Om Kataraia, Rajinder Kumar, Tarsem Lal Verma, Purshotam Chargotra, ex-president from Mishriwala, Raman Chalotra, ex-president Youth wing, Jia Lal Verma, Darshan Singh, chairman Prachar Committee, Ram Pal Chargotra, Mohinder Lal, president New Plot unit, Master Kuldeep Malhotra, Kartar Chand Gandhi, Lal Chand from Paloura, Dharam Pal Kataria, Master Parveen Saroch and Neelam Mahotra, renowned Dogri Poetess along with others were also present on the occasion.
