JAMMU, Dec 5: Government today assigned to Athar Aamir UI Shafi, Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC), the additional charge of the post of Vice-Chairman, Srinagar Development Authority (SDA), in addition to his own duties.
The Government also ordered the transfer and posting of 4 Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Services (JKAS) officers.
As per an order issued in this context, Kishore Singh Chib, Special Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary in the office of the Chief Secretary and Haris Ahmed Handoo, Vice-Chairman, Srinagar Development Authority, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary in the office of Chief Secretary. Further, Athar Aamir Ul Shafi, Commissioner, SMC, has been asked to hold the charge of the post of Vice-Chairman, SDA, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Another order said that Ata-ul-Munim Tak, Deputy Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department, under orders of transfer as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Marwah, shall continue at his present place of posting.
Meanwhile, it has been further ordered that Vishal Sharma, Additional Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, holding the additional charge of Additional Secretary in the office of Chief Secretary, shall be posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department, with immediate effect.
